Loops for Paws began with a simple idea: I knit so my fur children can have a better life.
What started as a love of creating handmade things has grown into something much more meaningful. Every stitch I make helps support the animals who have filled my life with companionship, laughter, and more love than I could ever put into words.
I believe handmade things are special because they carry a little piece of the person who made them. Whether I’m creating something for a beloved pet, a cozy blanket for your home, or a plush friend to make someone smile, each piece is made carefully and with lots of love.

Meet the Fur Family
Heinz — The Little Old Man
Heinz came into our lives in a way no animal should have to experience—he was found in a dumpster.
Somehow, this little guy went from being discarded to becoming a very important part of our family. These days, Heinz has perfected the art of being a very judgmental little old man, and he isn’t afraid to let you know exactly what he thinks.
But behind those judgmental looks is the bestest boy you could ever ask for. Heinz is a reminder that every animal deserves a safe place to call home, a soft place to sleep, and someone who will love them for the rest of their lives.
Mia — The Gentle Giant
Mia is our Irish Wolfhound and our resident gentle giant.
Her beginning wasn’t as gentle as she deserved. After being abused as a puppy, Mia learned that humans couldn’t always be trusted. She’s still a little leery of people she doesn’t know, but with the people she loves, a completely different side of her comes out.
Mia is a lover with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. She has taught us that trust takes time, patience, and love—and that once an animal gives you their trust, it is something truly special.
Kitty — The One Who Found Us
Then there’s Kitty.
Kitty was dumped out in the country, but somehow, he found his way to us. Sometimes we like to think that maybe he wasn’t the one who was rescued—maybe he was the one who found his family.
Kitty has made himself right at home and become another important part of our little family. He is proof that sometimes the best things in life find you when you aren’t looking for them.

Our animals have given us so much. They have taught us about unconditional love, second chances, patience, and the simple joy of having a furry friend by your side.
